Bio
Sheridan is the President of a closely held real estate investment corporation specializing in the operation of multifamily, office, medical office, and retail investments. He also holds Colorado and California real estate broker licenses. Finally, Sheridan serves as an adjunct professor with the University of Denver’s Franklin Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management where he teaches the property and asset management course. Professional certifications include Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®), and FRICS (Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Mr. Sheridan holds a Masters of Science Degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment, from the University of Denver where he was an honors student.
