Bio
William is the firm’s property manager. He is responsible for the marketing of the estate agency and leasing side of the business. He also looks after the factoring side of the business and organises everything from property maintenance and clearance, supply of furniture and fittings to factored houses and the regular inspections of leased properties. On the sales side he is responsible for the take on of houses, photography, preparation of sales particulars and the negotiation of offers. It may all sound very practical but he is also at the front line of our service provision with extensive client contact. Which explains why he is never still for long enough to be photographed – watch this space
