With forty one years in the Real Estate Industry, Bill brings to the table a depth of knowledge and experience rarely seen in today's industry. Always hands on and with a team work approach to the needs of his clients, Bill, gives it his all, in order to get the transaction done. This approach has resulted in a very successful real estate career over the years, with hundreds of transactions and multi million dollar production. Visit mrcommercial.net for a full search of both current and sold listings.
Banking was Bill's first calling and one that he excelled at, with a reputation for working with difficult lending situations to achieve the goals he set forth. He also helped organize and brought to life a new National Bank, the first one in Delaware in many years, and the bank is thriving today.
Over the years, Bill has been called upon to, "give back" to the real estate industry and he has done so many, many times as a professional witness in zoning matters across the area, working primarily in the commercial arena. He is also the Past President of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, having served as their Treasurer, MLS committee member for nine years, and with various roles in the operation of the Association. He presently is the Chair of Public Policy for the Delaware Association of Realtor's, working with Realtors and legislators across Delaware to insure that private property rights are protected, he serves also as the first Vice President of the organization. On the National Level, Bill is member of the National Association of Realtor's and serves on the Risk Management Committee, which is working very hard to deal with "short sales" among other concerns.
Bill lives in Lewes, his adopted town of some 31 years, having been born in Dover. He attends St. Peter's Episcopal Church, in Lewes, and lives for those moments on the beach at Cape Henlopen, North Shores, or on the water in his boat.
