Bio
William joined Cushman & Wakefield/EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2013 and currently serves as a Vice President in the firm’s Leasing and Brokerage division. During his tenure at EGS, William has worked in various sectors of commercial real estate, including industrial, office, medical and retail, resulting in a diversification in the industry that is very unique among the brokerage community. His primary focus is on leasing, brokerage and advisory services, with an emphasis in the office sector. He has more than fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with various transaction experience across multiple markets in the Southeast.
He currently serves as President of the Alabama Chapter of NAIOP and is a member of The Monday Morning Quarterback Club of Birmingham. William is licensed to practice in Alabama and Mississippi and is currently pursuing a designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). In 2021, he was named Top 40 Under 40 by the Birmingham Business Journal.
