As Managing Director, Will Forcello serves as CBRE’s Central New Jersey Market Leader while co-leading CBRE’s greater New Jersey business and growth strategy for Advisory & Transaction Services, Investment Sales, Valuation and Advisory Services, Debt and Structured Finance, Property Management, and Project Management.
With more than 15 years at CBRE, Will has a unique professional story that incorporates exposure to many of his firm’s key business segments, providing him a deep understanding of his firm, business, and industry—a solid foundation that will help him lead his firm into the future.
In 2018, Will established the CBRE NJ Rising Professionals Community to serve as a networking group for junior talent within New Jersey’s commercial real estate industry.
