Bill joined Investment Properties, Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer in 1998. He formerly had responsibility for all accounting and financial management functions for the firm including Property Management Accounting. With over 33 years of experience in commercial real estate, Bill has extensive knowledge of leasing and sales transactions for office, industrial and retail properties. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Bill has a thorough understanding of the financial implications of each transaction on the value of the real estate asset. Bill is a graduate of Benjamin Franklin University and licensed Salesperson in Maryland.
