Bill Durslag is a co-leader of SoCal Retail | Investments Sales & Leasing Advisory, a CBRE team based in the South Bay region of Los Angeles, CA. The team provides a unique full service (leasing & sales) partnership approach to its landlord, tenant, investor and developer clients. Mr. Durslag leads the team’s retail leasing business which focuses on Landlord / Tenant representation throughout Los Angeles County and Account Management services for select corporate clients across multiple markets. For over 35 years, Mr. Durslag has provided owners, tenants, investors, and developers with best-in-class leasing and management services for portfolios and individual assets. He has been involved in over 200 million square feet of combined retail, office and industrial space, including some of the highest profile assets in the west. A seasoned veteran in all aspects of retail leasing, Mr. Durslag is particularly experienced creating successful merchandising strategies within traditional and mixed-use retail projects. Mr. Durslag helps owners of these assets maximize leasing revenue through a carefully curated retail merchandising strategy that ensures synergy with the assets greater overall tenant mix. He is an expert at leveraging CBRE’s platform of industry-leading services and resources to maximize asset value, minimize risk, and uphold the high-quality brands & reputation of his clients. Mr. Durslag is also regarded as a premier tenant representation broker. In addition to representing restaurant, fitness, gas station, and service companies, he has extensive experience with bank (financial services) tenants. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented multiple regional and national banks overseeing: new locations, renewals, portfolio expansions, and portfolio management. His experience advising both national brands and private enterprises gives him the keen insights and understanding into the goals and priorities of any tenant profile making him a trusted advisor and partner to his clients.
