Mr. Connors is an Executive Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Market group in San Francisco. He is responsible for managing institutional clients’ investment requirements in the western region.
Mr. Connors brings over 15 years of commercial real estate transaction experience, holding positions with Newmark Knight Frank Cornish & Carey, RREEF, Lowe Enterprises, and Equity Office. He has sourced or divested in excess of $2 billion in office and industrial assets and contributed to the acquisition of an additional $4 billion of office, industrial and retail properties. At Equity Office, Mr. Connors was responsible for executing acquisitions and dispositions nationally for a 60 million square foot portfolio comprised of Trizec, Carr America and Equity Office assets. Additionally, he provided asset management and strategic direction for 17 million square feet in Northern California and the Central Market.
