Bill Chiasson is the Senior Vice President, and Director of Eastern Region Real Estate Acquisitions. He is responsible for the selection, due diligence, financial evaluation, structuring, negotiating and closing of multi-family investments on the East Coast.
Mr. Chiasson joined the company in the Accounting Department in 1994. Since joining the Acquisition Department in 1999, he has been involved in the acquisition of over 12,000 units in 35 multi-family assets and one million square feet of office/industrial flex product. Total consideration of these assets is in excess of $3.6 billion.
