William Carpenter serves as a Vice President for the firm’s industrial division in Houston. In his role, he primarily focuses on project leasing and tenant representation. His experience working with landlords and tenants allows him to understand both sides of a real estate transaction. William works alongside the industrial team with various production and service-related undertakings, tasks, and assignments. He strives to be the go-to-market expert, understanding all information relating to his clients.
William has been working in Houston’s commercial real estate brokerage industry since June 2017. Prior to joining Stream in the summer of 2020, William worked at Boyd Commercial, LLC in a similar production role.
Upon graduating from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Managerial Finance and Real Estate, he became a Senior Sales Representative for Jostens, Inc. William is involved in the Houston NAIOP chapter and in the community where he is a mentor in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
