William R. (Bill) Carothers has been actively engaged in the retail real estate arena representing retailers and property throughout Ohio for over 35 years. His area of expertise include: retail sales & leasing, tenant representation, build-to-suit projects, property valuation, site acquisition, and consulting.
As a tenant representative, Bill's clients have included the Sherwin-Williams Company; Aspen Dental, with thirty five (35) completed deals in Ohio to date; Cell Phone Repair (CPR); the Tile Shop; and LifeTime Fitness. Bill worked on a multi-year case study for LifeTime Fitness assessing their needs and requirements, the challenges of identifying a suitable 12-14 acre regional site that they could purchase, and then delivering results. In 2010, Lifetime opened their Cleveland area state-of-the-art health club at Chagrin Highlands in Beachwood.
