For the last 35 years, William “Bill” Brewster has been providing Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Commercial and Residential Development services to public and private sector clients. As a Principal and Board Director for an engineering & land survey firm of 350 employees, he managed numerous clients and professionals. He has been licensed professionally in 11 States and is a certified FAA Part 107 Pilot. Bill’s professional background gives him unique capabilities in commercial real estate. He effectively collaborates with Architects, Engineers, Land Surveyors, GIS Professionals plus all governmental agencies at Federal, State and Local levels to assist his real estate clients.
His extensive experience can smooth out the hurdles in taking a project from concept to completion, maximizing your ROI. Bill can structure the most complex real estate transactions, as well as, facilitating the services required from Appraisers, Inspectors, Lenders, CPA’s, Attorneys and Title Companies.
