William is the Senior Vice President of Beitler Commercial Realty Services (BCRS), Sherman Oaks office. William specializes in the leasing and sales of Industrial, Commercial Office, and Investment properties. His efforts are focused in Los Angeles County, with particular emphasis in the Encino-Sherman Oaks and Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena area. A licensed Real Estate Broker since 1991, William has 27 years of successful Real Estate development, marketing and sales experience. He has extensive project management experience working with the development of high-rise office, entitlement process and apartment complex construction. This prior development experience gives him a unique and valuable perspective when analyzing any project. William is well versed in the entitlement process, and is capable of taking any project from acquisition through final leasing. Prior to joining BCRS, William was co-founder of a Burbank based real estate company where he was also Vice President of Commercial Real Estate for the firm. In this capacity, William was responsible for all aspects of marketing, sales and new business development. His efforts helped lead this group to being selected the number one real estate firm in Burbank. A graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, with a Bachelor of Science in Management/Finance, William also earned a Master of Science Degree from the University of Southern California. While serving his country with distinction as an Air Force Officer, William gained valuable experience managing global development projects. The largest of these efforts involved his direct supervision of 300 personnel with a budget in excess of $200 million. Subsequently, William enjoyed a successful career in private industry, holding senior management positions with the Fortune 100 companies of GM Hughes Space & Communications, Pacific Enterprises, and The Walt Disney Company. Active in the community, William lives in Burbank, where he has served on the Burbank YMCA Board of Directors, the Burbank Chamber of Commerce Development Committee, and is a member of the Burbank Elks. William has coached youth Soccer, Football and Baseball teams and donates his time to support local charities.
