My name is Bill McGarrigle, a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker who has been selling homes since 1985. My area of specialization is "geographic". I specialize in home sales in Malvern, West Chester, Exton, Paoli, Berwyn, and Devon. These areas are serviced by the Great Valley, Tredyffrin-Easttown, and West Chester Area School Districts. I grew up in the market area described above and currently live in Malvern. I matriculated through our local school system and my children have attended those same schools.
