Born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, Bill Barnes has an intimate knowledge of neighborhoods, communities, and commercial properties throughout the greater Washington metropolitan area. He began his work in the industry in 1979 as a broker for Cardinal Real Estate and, by the age of 28, had reopened his father’s original business. At this point he had already earned membership in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors Lifetime Top Producers Club.
From the first-time condo purchaser to the large commercial customer, the belief in personalized service continues to define relationships with clients from the initial meeting to the completion of the transaction.
