Will Shelly is an Associate at FD Stonewater, providing vital support to the brokerage team in deal execution, research, market intelligence, and business development initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, Will served as a Senior Business Analyst and Broker Contractor at CBRE, where he successfully led various projects for different client Federal Government agencies through the Broker Contract of the U.S. General Services Administration. During his leisure time, Will finds joy in spending quality moments with his family and friends, while passionately cheering for D.C.'s professional sports teams.

Will holds a J.D. / MBA from the College of William & Mary and is a licensed member of the Virginia State Bar. He also earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University.
