Will Hightower specializes in the technology and life science industries for CBRE’s Downtown Denver/Boulder Tenant Advisory & Transaction Team. His experience negotiating across multiple markets, asset types, and ownership groups means that Will brings a unique perspective to his client’s and their occupancy decisions for both leased and owned assets, including highly technical R&D lab and manufacturing (cGMP) facilities.
The team, led by Anthony Albanese and Nicholas Weld, partner with leading tenants in the technology, financial, legal, media/creative, and life science industries to help define their goals, make informed decisions, and creatively problem-solve through strategic execution. Supported by CBRE’s global real estate and technology platform, the team differentiates itself through creative short and long-term solutions, including lease negotiation, global portfolio management, workplace strategy, financial modeling, project management, as well as labor and economic incentives, among others.
Prior to joining CBRE, Will worked with Snowflake, a cloud computing software company based in Silicon Valley. Prior to Snowflake, Will began his career in commercial real estate representing the interests of landlords for Cousins and Lincoln Property Company.
