Will's commercial real estate background includes extensive marketing, accounting, budgeting, reporting, pro forma analysis and customer service. Will's educational background includes a BS degree in Economics.
Will has been responsible for the management and/or leasing of over 5 million square feet of commercial product for the past 5 years. This experience in all facets of commercial building operations and in particular, cash flow through improved leasing and management provides invaluable insights and more importantly… improved results to building owners. Will has vast experience with negotiating commercial leases. This leasing background includes negotiations of all facets of commercial leases and responsibility for over one million dollars in commercial renovations and upgrades. This experience is invaluable for owners and tenants as tenant finish and the associated costs are such an important part of any lease negotiation.
