A Las Vegas resident since 1998, Mr. Chaffee brings nearly two decades of Real Estate experience to his position at C Squared Real Estate Services, having previously served in positions such as Partner, Senior Vice President and a Senior Advisor with both regional and national Brokerage Firms where he has been recognized as one of the “Top 100”, maintained a spot in the top 10% producers for the company and most recently recognized amongst the Top 3 Producers for the past 4 years. Mr. Chaffee began his career in residential sales, evolving into the commercial arena in 2004 where he focused his efforts on the sales and leasing of industrial/office properties, later expanding his concentration to the distressed asset market during the downturn.
Mr. Chaffee’s extensive experience includes Seller/Landlord and Buyer/Tenant representation, sales and leasing negotiations, and strategic planning and needs analysis with a strong focus on Landlord/Owner representation. Mr. Chaffee brings a well rounded wealth of local market knowledge and experience to his position at C Squared Real Estate Services, LLC.
