Whit McCrary IV, CCIM, is Executive Managing Director in Savills Nashville office, where he specializes in representing office occupiers. As an advocate and adviser for companies who lease or own real estate, Whit is highly regarded as a client-focused, solutions-oriented commercial real estate consultant. Whit provides clients fully integrated commercial real services, including developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans, structuring and negotiating office leases, transaction management and financial analysis. Prior to joining Savills, Whit was the Managing Director for Cushman & Wakefield in Nashville specializing in office leasing and investment sales and served as a member of the firm’s National Tenant Advisory Group and Legal Sector Advisory Group. Whit has participated in more than $1 billion in lease transactions and over $1 billion in investment sales transactions since 1996.
Whit has received many awards and accolades for his professional achievements over his career, including being recognized by the Nashville Business Journal as one of the Commercial Real Estate Power Leaders, Heavy Hitters, CRE MVP and Forty Under 40. Whit also received ULI Nashville’s Excellence in Development award and NAIOP’s Office Lease of the Year and Office Development of the year. He is active in his philanthropic and community endeavors, currently serving as Board of Directors for the Patriot Foundation and Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee. Whit also served on the Board of Trustees for Oak Hill School and was a Founding Board Member of the Phoenix Club of Nashville.
