Weston Bradley is an Associate at Landmark Enterprises in Charleston, having joined the firm in July 2022. His primary focus is acquisition, sale and leasing of industrial and land properties in the Charleston metropolitan area, while also supporting select clients throughout South Carolina and the Southeast. Weston has been involved in numerous facets of commercial real estate while assisting the growth of national tenants and supporting developers throughout the Southeast. He has helped clients navigate through the entitlement process, thereby achieving higher and better use approvals and creating long-term real estate value. Weston is experienced in new site development pursuits, working closely with engineers, developers and other subject matter experts to find solutions for complex site issues.
Weston is originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia and graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2016 with a degree in economics. Prior to joining Landmark Enterprises, Weston worked as an Associate for Lee & Associates Charleston. Also, Weston served as an intern both for Ellis-Gibson Development Company and Gee’s Group Real Estate Development in his former hometown.
