Wes Gardiner joined The Sobrato Organization in 2002, and brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to his role where he oversees the organization's 6,500 unit apartment portfolio. He and his team are responsible for maximizing property performance and value creation through the implementation of asset-level strategic initiatives, major capital projects, and day-to-day oversight of 3rd party property managers. They are also responsible for executing the Firm’s multi-family acquisition, disposition, and financing activities.
Prior to joining TSO, Wes spent 16 years with AEW Capital Management and BlackRock Realty Advisors (formerly Metric Realty Advisors), where he held various asset and portfolio management positions.
He earned his BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.
