Bio
Wendy Schwartz has been helping Buyers and Sellers since 2003. A lifelong resident of North West Philadelphia and its suburbs, she received her BA from Clark University in International Development and Geography and her MSW from the University of Denver. She uses the systems of social work every day in her business, integrating the real estate process on an emotional, spiritual, and intellectual level. Her honest and agile approach to real estate helps her clients achieve their goals quickly by teaching buyers to navigate through selection and inspections while preparing and staging houses for the market, all with the goal to facilitate a smooth settlement.
Wendy's Spanish skills have enabled her to provide public health, community development, and housing services in Latin America, migrant communities in Colorado, and the City of Philadelphia. She worked several years with the UMASS Stress Reduction Clinic, Congreso de Latinos Unidos, Amigos de las Americas and Emergency Family Services.
Wendy and her family support and are active in many community-based charities and organizations supporting students in the Philadelphia area and Guatemala; amigoslink.org, Friends of the Wissahickon, West Mount Airy Neighbors, Custis Woods-Twickenham Civic Association as well as members of the Weavers Way Co-op, and Germantown Jewish Centre (GJC).
