In my career at Breeden Commercial, I’ve successfully managed a variety of transactions, including leasing, purchasing, and selling commercial properties. My portfolio includes everything from facilitating leases for small businesses and startups to handling complex sales of industrial buildings and office spaces. Notable achievements include securing lease agreements for dynamic companies like GigabitNow and managing property renewals for long-standing partnerships.
