Wendy Jerman has lived in Logan County her whole life. She began selling real estate in 2001 earning her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations and most recently obtained her Home Staging Expert Certification. In 2015, she founded Town Square Realty, a top selling Real Estate office in Sterling CO.
