I have been a Broker in Beaufort County for the last 30 years in numerous different roles. I specialize in land, commercial real estate and waterfront real estate. I am very familiar with Beaufort’s commercial real estate market and have been very fortunate to have been involved in many of Beaufort's larger land sales as well as commercial sales. If you are looking to buy or sell waterfront property you need someone who knows the water. I am your man. I am an avid fly fisherman and have probably had my Hells Bay flats boat up every creek and river and across every salt water flat in Beaufort. I know the water and I know the waterfront market. I have been very fortunate to have been involved in close to 200 waterfront sales in Beaufort County.
Prior to coming to Lowcountry, I was the project Director/ Director of Sales for Battery Point Subdivision, Polawana Island and Wrights Point Plantation. While doing these three incredible developments, I established a very good working relationship with most of Beaufort's respectable, sought after builders as well as county and city officials. I developed a very extensive knowledge of not only these developments , but every development in Beaufort.
I am originally from Tennessee and moved to Beaufort County in 1988. I met my wife, Catherine, who moved here from New Canaan Connecticut, right here on Bay Street. We have a 20 year old son , Michael, who is a sophomore at University of South Carolina , and a 16 year old daughter, Katie ,who is a sophomore at Holy Trinity Classical School. I am very familiar with the various school options and the wants and needs of a family with children.
