Wayne Spiegel joined the Suburban Brokerage team at Colliers International in 2008 and is a senior vice president, specializing in corporate multi-market transactions. He represents landlords, tenants, sellers, and buyers and understands the unique perspective each group brings to the table. Wayne is a seasoned veteran of the commercial real estate brokerage business with 38 years of experience.
PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Wayne is an accredited LEED Green Associate, a designated member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation. He has been involved in diversified real estate transactions and is adept at representing landlords and tenants on a local, national and international basis.
Wayne has proven skills in analyzing markets, negotiating leases, purchase agreements, termination agreements, sublease agreements, sale leaseback transactions, financial analysis, tenant improvement construction and build-to-suit development. He continuously leads geographically distributed teams to produce results for his clients.
Wayne’s approach is to define client goals and objectives and to strategically implement a plan of action in order to successfully execute upon the desired result. He distinguishes himself in multi-market assignments by implementing strategy on the ground in various markets.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Colliers International, Wayne was an executive vice president & principal at NAI Hunneman from 1987 until 2008. Prior to NAI Hunneman, Wayne was a senior vice president with R.W. Holmes Realty, Inc. where he began his commercial real estate career in 1983.
