Wayne is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a Certified Residential Specialist. He holds broker licenses in both Illinois and Wisconsin. Wayne serves his local community as well as the real estate buying and selling public. Wayne is Vice President of the Antioch Chamber of Commerce and the President of Community High School District #117 Board of Education. He is the past president of the Lake County Association of Realtors, a past Realtor of The Year, and is currently a member of the Main Street Organization of Realtors. He continues to serve the Association as a member of the Professional Standards Committee as well as a Mediation Officer. Wayne is also a member of the Lakes Area Realtor's Association, in Walworth Wisconsin. Wayne is a lifelong resident of Antioch and has over 37 years of experience in real estate.
