Wayne is a Licensed Broker with 13 years in the Real Estate field having earned his agent license in 2003. He attained his Brokers license in 2007 and Joined RE/MAX in 2009. He has been in sales for over 30 years, many as a traveling sales/service agent. He has lived in Gorham NH for most of his life and still resides there today with his wife Janine. He has two sons, Denny, who is married and raising the new love of his life, his grandson Peyton, and Kevin who is buying his first home. Wayne loves real estate, and own and operate several rental properties himself. His wife is a local school district interventionist working with kindergarten students. His family spends as much time as possible at their Akers Pond camp in Errol, NH where many memories continue to be made. Wayne and Janine spent their children’s younger years as Scout Master, Den Leader, Sports coach, and Religious education teacher. Their Children were and remain their focus but now they get to see the fruit of that passion as their son and daughter-in-law Kacey raise Peyton. Wayne is proficient in single family home sales, camps, multi-family properties as well as commercial sales. The beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire are a wonderful place to live and do business and the endless outdoor recreational opportunities are the driving reason why so many people come to visit and stay.
