Wayne G. McGowan, "Mac", is a 1981 graduate of Mississippi State University where he received a BS degree in Agricultural Engineering Technology and Business. After graduation he returned home to Covington, TN to manage and serve as President of Cherry Point Farms, Inc., a turf and general farming operation. Mac has been involved in land purchases, sales, leases and 1031 exchanges for over 25 years, including row crop, timber and "transitional land".
