Wayne entered the Real Estate business 1972 in Corpus Christi with father in law Ralph Cobb. He was named Realtor of the Year in 1973 by Corpus Christ Association of Realtors. Became partner in Cobb-Lundquist Realtors 1978.
Received REALTOR Emeritus in 2015 for 40 years of service. Lundquist currently serves as President of Cobb, Lundquist & Atnip Realtor. He is involved in numerous land purchases and sales as Broker and investor. Partner in joint venture between City of Corpus Christi and investors for Lighthouse Bar & Grill located at city marina on Laurence St. T-Head.
