Mr. Hallheimer is responsible for the management and operation of the Virginia Leasing Department for WEST*GROUP MANAGEMENT LLC. He is responsible for lease negotiations, development and implementation for build-to-suit strategies, tenant retention and market analysis. He is also responsible for the design and implementation of marketing plans and financial analysis for specific projects. In addition, he has provided operational support to Design and Property Management. Mr. Hallheimer graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and received a Masters of Business Administration degree from George Mason University.
