Wayne began his real estate career in 1994 at CB Commercial in their Piscataway, New Jersey office. He joined Resource Realty of Central New Jersey in 1995 as vice president. Prior to becoming a real esate broker, Wayne sold critical care equipment to hospitals throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Since joining Resource Realty, Wayne has been involved in numerous deals, including the sale of the 106,000 SF Brake Headquarters building in Perth Amboy, the 1,000,000 SF Keebler/Sunshine Biscuits facility in Sayreville, the 55,000 SF San Georgio Furniture building in Maplewood, and the 78,000 SF Excel Atmos building in Franklin Township. Wayne has also represented numerous clients such as Metroplex, IT Techonology and Rockwell International.
Wayne is a 1975 graduate of Rider University, Lawrenceville, New Jersey, with a degree in Management and Organizational Behavior.
