Bio
While at MHA, he was responsible for the firm’s brokerage activities throughout the Carolinas and Virginia. Since 2014, Watson spearheaded the execution of transactions in excess of 50,000 units worth over $4 billion in value. He lives in Raleigh and manages all multifamily brokerage activities in the Triad, Triangle, and Eastern North Carolina regions. Watson has held the position of Associate Vice President in Cassidy Turley’s Office Investment Sales Group. At Cassidy Turley, he sold over 1 million square feet of commercial office space. Watson holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
