The evolution of the Heritage brand began in 1969 after Warren graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Business Management. Drawing on the family’s real estate background, the Heritage companies first began in residential development before expanding their business in property management. Targeting the Central San Joaquin Valley communities, Warren, by the age of 45, had developed and sold 2,500 new homes while developing a multi-family portfolio of 1,000 units. Today, Heritage Management, with a professional staff of 45, manages single and multi-family properties with Warren’s oversight. Warren continues with real estate development opportunities along with his son, Scott and son-in-law, Todd Bender, while spending time at his ranch in the Sierra Foothills.
