Graduated from the University of Florida in 1975 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate. He is active in many professional and community organizations. Mr. Carpenter is frequently called upon for expert witness testimony on complicated property appraisal issues. His appraisal clients are representative of diverse interests with a broad spectrum of property types. Mr. Carpenter is actively involved in both professional organizations and community affairs.
