Wally leads the Gudgell Group Team. He was raised in the San Juan Islands and has been the top-producing realtor for over 40 years. As such, he has honed unmatched skills in all facets of land use, estate properties, waterfront, private islands, commercial investments, affordable housing, permitting, and finance. He was a founder of the SeaDoc Society Marine Health Program, Islanders Bank, San Juan County Land Bank Commission, and numerous other organizations.
