As Senior Managing Director of JLL’s Orange County office, Mr. Clark’s success is based primarily on his ability to implement a strategic based approach to tenant’s real estate portfolios. Reviewing an organization’s entire real estate portfolio and identifying cost saving opportunities is one example of this strategic based approach. Mr. Clark has personally represented tenants across 45 states in the US. Markets outside of the US that Mr. Clark has represented clients include Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela and Costa Rica. Transaction Management and Portfolio Optimization for companies with offices across multiple markets require the utilization of efficient and effective tracking systems in order to fulfill a client’s real estate objectives. Mr. Clark’s track record with multi-market real estate portfolios has earned him the trust and respect of major corporations. This is evident by the client loyalty and long-term relationships he has developed. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Clark was a Principal of The Staubach Company’s Orange County office, where he was consistently recognized as a “Top Producer.” Mr. Clark began his career as a local market expert within the downtown Los Angeles, Mid-Wilshire and Tri-Cities submarkets, representing both the interests of tenants and landlords alike. Within a few years, he transitioned exclusively towards tenant representation and joined the Corporate Services division of Colliers International where he began servicing corporations on a local, regional and national basis. Operating within the Corporate Services structure, Mr. Clark developed a team based delivery model with superior transaction process systems for his clients.
