Scott is a Founder and Principal of Advisor Commercial Realty LLC where he enjoys leveraging his experience and skill to help clients identify and implement their best commercial real estate solutions. He has extensive experience in overseeing marketing, leasing and selling commercial properties; acquiring investment properties; performing due diligence; creating and executing strategies to re-position, add value to and redevelop properties; developing ground-up projects; procuring financing and selling improved assets. Scott has also assisted numerous firms locate and lease or buy commercial property to house their operations. He started in commercial real estate as a broker associate in 1985 with Heliconian Ltd., was recruited by Grubb & Ellis Company as a Broker Associate in 1988, was promoted to Colorado Director of Marketing & Sales for G&E Asset Services Company in 1990 and was then recruited by Integrated Properties, Inc. as Vice President in 1993.
