Vivian serves as the Team Director of CBRE’s top investment property sales team, led by Alex Kozakov and Patrick Wade. Vivian oversees various aspects of the investment sales process, including operations and managing the marketing and disposition process for existing listings. She acts as a liaison between the team and their clients to provide open communication and a seamless transaction from beginning to end. Since joining the team in 2015, Vivian has managed well over $1 Billion in sales transactions.
