Virginia Spencer, General Manager - Virginia has been General Manager of Illustrated Properties since 1998. In this capacity, she oversees the activities of all of the company's 700+ agents in 23 offices from Delray Beach to Vero Beach and Naples.
She works with agents concerning transactional issues including escrow disputes, errors & omissions claims, ethics, and arbitration. Virginia is the liaison with community organizations. She handles the licensing of new offices, Board of Realtors applications, and occupational licenses for the company. She organized a commercial division in 2006 and oversees their monthly meetings.
Illustrated Properties created the “Virginia Spencer Charity Award,” given annually to an agent who best exemplifies contributions to organizations in his / her community. Virginia helped to organize a group of agents to start Illustrated Properties Charities and was instrumental in forming the Community Partnerships Program.
A member and former President of the Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, Virginia is an active committee member in a newly formed Leadership Academy in conjunction with PNC Bank. In her free time, Virginia spends time her husband Perry golfing and they have kayaked many of the rivers in Florida and Georgia.
