Founding Engel & Völkers Tampa Downtown is the realization of License Partner Virginia T Bond’s business goals and personal dreams. With over twenty years as a high performing real estate professional in Greater Tampa Bay, she has earned countless awards for sales achievement, positive contribution to culture, and philanthropic fundraising.
Her new homes sales production with developers and builders has been exceptionally productive. Virginia earned Taylor Morrison’s Rookie of the Year Award issued by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Builders Association of Greater Tampa Bay in 2002. Virginia went on to repeatedly rank #1 in the Tampa Bay region and Top 5 nationally. Ending her seven years of service as a Senior Sales Associate for Taylor Morrison’s in 2007 she was awarded the Annual Million Dollar Club Diamond Award.
During her time at Keller Williams Tampa Central, Virginia built a sterling reputation for professionalism as a Realtor. Virginia was a multi-year member of the Associate Leadership Council at Keller Williams Tampa Central and organized successful fundraising events as part of the “KW Cares” philanthropic campaign. Here, she parlayed her experience in developer services, new home construction, and the creation of extremely effective sales and marketing campaigns to develop a high performing sales team based in a luxury, waterfront, estate style community of Stonelake Ranch in Thonotosassa, Florida.
Virginia’s team completed the sale of all developer lots in Stonelake Ranch by 2021. While functioning as a real estate concierge for the Developer, Builders, Owners, and Buyers within the community, Virginia’s team presence gave her the opportunity to sell many resale properties in Stonelake Ranch and the communities surrounding Lake Thonotosassa. In the process, Virginia was instrumental in helping this community reclaim, then surpass the property values that were lost in the systemic market fluctuations of 2008.
As the Stonelake Ranch project approached completion, Virginia was considering her next moves in real estate. Providentially, Engel & Völkers Florida approached her with the opportunity to become a license partner and open her own Engel & Völkers brokerage in Tampa, FL. E&V is the perfect complement and force to back and elevate the experience and skills, Mrs. Bond has acquired throughout her career.
