Mr. Molitor's successful commercial real estate career is centered around the business practice of providing high-level service with in-depth market knowledge. Prior to his achievement of becoming both a Principal and Founder at Lee & Associates - Pasadena, Mr. Molitor was already an experienced agent successfully closing lease and sales transactions throughout his career as a Property Manager at Wheeler Steffen, Claremont and Allied Property Management, Ontario.
Through his consistent success of managing commercial real estate assets and capital improvement projects, Mr. Molitor began his own management company in 2000 and served as President before joining The Office Market Group at Lee & Associates - Industry in 2006.
