Bio
Vincent has lived in the Bay Area for the majority of his life. He grew up in Alameda before moving to the Peninsula, where he currently resides. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from UC Davis, thus developing his skills in liaising with many overseas clients.
From an early age, Vincent understood how real estate could be a vehicle for both passive income and long-term investments. He witnessed his parents grow wealth through the acquisition and of real estate, which was fundamental to his upbringing.
Incredibly well-versed in the San Francisco Bay Area’s many unique housing markets, Vincent began his real estate career in 2009. When his clients sought to diversify their portfolios, he became more well-rounded in all areas of real estate. Now, Vincent works with multi-unit properties, mixed-use buildings, and commercial real estate. In addition to assisting the and purchase of property, Vincent is a managing broker.
Vincent is more than just a Realtor®, he provides a full service to his clients. Whereas most agents simply perform transactions, Vincent also acts as an advisor. He doles out advice and shares his expert insights about purchases and investments, helping clients make educated decisions. He has the right professional connections to people from different fields, accountants, lawyers, contractors, and beyond, to ensure that his clients receive the best services possible.
Adding to his real estate aptitude, Vincent is also an investor. His personal experience has helped him refine his market knowledge, giving him a competitive edge over his competitors. In addition to boosting his real estate pedigree, this helps Vincent put himself in the shoes of his clients, providing a personal touch to his business approach. He isn’t stopping with investments, though, Vincent’s long-term goal is to become a developer. He wants to execute the entire development process from start to finish, taking a vacant lot to a fully-leased building. True to form, he wants to help take clients on the same journey.
Vincent speaks Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese.
