With nearly 10 years in the real estate industry, Mr. Aglialoro brings experience in valuation, asset management, underwriting and due diligence to the Oakmont team. His primary responsibilities include identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities and working closely with senior management throughout the entire acquisition and development process. Additionally, Mr. Aglialoro manages all of the firm’s market research and financial analysis and assists with the ongoing asset management of the firm’s portfolio, supporting leasing and disposition efforts. Since joining Oakmont in January 2012, Mr. Aglialoro has been involved in the development and leasing of nearly five million square feet of industrial product. Prior to joining Oakmont, Mr. Aglialoro spent five years with TriMont Real Estate Advisors where he held roles in asset management, underwriting, and portfolio risk analysis. Most recently, Mr. Aglialoro was an Associate Asset Manager responsible for the proactive management and oversight of an $800 million portfolio of primarily non-performing debt and equity investments on behalf of institutional clients. Mr. Aglialoro graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a BBA in Finance.
