Vince and his wife has built a portfolio of real estate income producing properties since the 80s. His experience as a investor and broker since 1982 is a combination of Property Management, Real Estate Brokering and Mortgage Loan Brokering. Vince is a man of many talents, and speaks a number of languages - including English, Pilipino (Tagalog), Visayan dialects and a little Spanish. Prior to real estate brokering, Vince taught for 15 years in California Public Schools as an Industrial Arts Teacher.

Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education, Graduate Studies in Administration and Supervision, 65 units of graduate studies post bachelor's degree in the Philippines and the U.S.
