Vince is a Principal with 30 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in multi-market advisory and transaction services for corporate clients. Over his career, he has advised some of the world’s largest companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, energy, healthcare and retail, and is responsible for delivering more than $750 million of occupancy cost savings and value for his clients. Since joining Foundry in 2019, Vince has been a key leader for our Nashville-based Corporate Solutions team and has introduced some market-leading best practices designed to help clients develop strategies, seize opportunities, and achieve optimal performance and value from their real estate portfolios.
Prior to joining Foundry, Vince was a Senior Managing Director with CBRE where he spent 12 years leading and developing many of the company’s most successful long-term relationships, including NISSAN North America and HCA Healthcare. Vince started his real estate career in 1992 with Trammell Crow Company as Controller, responsible for property accounting and financial reporting in the Southeast, and in 1997, as Principal, he led TCC’s property management business in the Mid-South. Before joining TCC, he was an Audit Manager with Arthur Andersen & Co.
When he’s not advising clients, Vince enjoys golf, fishing, scuba diving, watercolor painting and spending time with family and friends.
