Vince began his real state career in 1978 as sales agent for Century 21 in Farmington Michigan when interest rates had climbed to 18% (and yes, he was selling houses in those conditions). He began selling hotels/motels in 1997 and in 2005 became the proprietor of Blue Water Hotel Advisors. His latest concluded sale was of the Cedar Motor Inn in Marquette Michigan in December 2020.
