Vince has over 25 years of experience and knowledge in commercial real estate. His team has worked on over $800 million in brokerage transactions which gives them insight into what market factors are at play, who to leverage in order to gain efficiencies, and how to accurately underwrite the deal to ensure it succeeds. Vince graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia with a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Marketing, Psychology, and Geography and is licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an Industrial Specialist with the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
