iktor joined LS in 2019 and handles investment research, valuation analysis, contract negotiation, acquisitions, 1031 exchanges, exit opportunity analysis, and dispositions. He received his International Business Degree from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and completed the Real Estate Development program at UCLA. He was born in Texas and later pursued professional snowboarding throughout North America. Viktor now resides in Venice Beach where he enjoys sunset surfs and 6am Gold’s Gym workouts with Arnold.
